We are always looking for new faces. Maybe you are looking for a change, or just keen to get back into banding?
Cantium Brass currently have vacancies around the stand, and would especially like to hear from you if you are a proficient Tenor Horn, Euphonium or EEb Bass Player.
We are also looking for 2 competent cornet players, and seats are negotiable depending on experience.
Cornets

Solo Eb Horn
We have an immediate vacancy for a Solo Horn Player as our current player wishes to rejoin the Cornet Section
Solo Euphonium
We have an immediate vacancy for a Solo Euphonium Player
EEb Bass
We have a vacancy for an EEb Bass Player from February 2012.
In addition to any current vacancies we may have to offer, we are always happy to welcome other keen instrumentalists who would like to join in one of our rehearsals.
We rehearse once a week on a Monday evening between the hours of 7.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. at the bands own rehearsal premises in Chartham Hatch, on the outskirts of Canterbury. Owning our own rehearsal premises has many advantages but it also means we have a certain amount of overheads in maintaining our building.
We charge a modest membership fee of only £1 a week (£52 a yearly) with a concession for Students of £34 per year. This also includes the free loan of an instrument (subject to availability) and the professional coaching and guidance from our experienced Musical Director.
